TSB investigating after float plane crash near Edmonton kills 3

A floatplane journey ended in tragedy turn Friday morning east of Edmonton.

According to RCMP, the aircraft crashed in a field in Leduc County killing all three passengers on board.

The Transportation Safety Board will be looking into what caused the crash. 

As of Friday afternoon, RCMP officers, as well as members from the New Sarepta Fire Department, are tending to the scene as they wait for Transportation Safety Board agents. 

Information about the victims is still being collected and verified by the authorities and is not available to the public as yet.
