One Canadian company is celebrating 150 years in a very cool way.
Robinson Residential Design has created 13 unique homes that reflect the distinct character of each province and territory.
The homes range from 300 to 700 square feet and are packed with innovative features and details.
While some of the homes seem fairly standard, the others are incredibly accurate representations of a certain province or territory.
For example, Saskatchewan’s plan pays tribute to the iconic grain elevators that were once landmarks along the railways and highways throughout the province.
The Nova Scotia plan, on the other hand, is based on the iconic lighthouses that you find on the east coast.
Then there’s B.C., which may be the most modern design of the 13, which looks like a classic new age Whistler house that you’d find tucked away in the mountains.
The coolest of the 13 might be the most literal take, as Alberta’s plan is for a classic ‘A’ frame, which has been one of the most popular designs so far.
