Four different yogurt products have been recalled nationally due to the potential presence of pieces of plastic.

The following products, with expiration dates ranging from July 16 to Aug. 25, have been recalled:

In a statement online, General Mills Canada said it voluntarily recalled the products after becoming aware of the possibility of small pieces of plastic breaking off of the pouches’ spouts.

Retailers have been notified of the issue and have been told to remove the products from shelves. Consumers are asked to either throw out or return the products where they were purchased.

The issue only affects the products listed in the recall.
