PHOTOS: Captain Jennifer Casey returns home to Halifax

Canadians everywhere mourned the loss of Snowbirds' Captain Jennifer Casey this afternoon as her body returned home to Halifax. 

Members of Casey's family, the Royal Canadian Armed Forces, friends, and media were at the Halifax Standfield International Airport paying their respect to the pilot who passed after a plane crash in Kamloops last Sunday. 

In just 30 minutes, uniformed members brought Casey's casket from a CC-130J Hercules to the hearse. Once there, Casey's family, friends, and fellow Armed Forces members said their final goodbyes.
