A popular tire spray product has been recalled over concerns about its labelling.

People who have bought bottles of Meguiar’s Hot Shine Tire Spray should dispose of it immediately, Health Canada said.

The spray does not “meet labelling requirements for consumer chemical products,” the agency added.

The US version of the product has not been recalled, however.

About 475,000 of the bottles were sold in Canada between January 2014 and November 2019.

They were manufactured in California.
