Westjet posted the following to their blog site

Our WestJet family in Saskatchewan and across Canada is in shock after hearing of the tragic accident involving the Humboldt Broncos hockey team last night.

In times of tragedies like this, it is our collective duty to step up and help. We are in communication with the Broncos organization and have offered to support them however we can.

For anyone who is looking to support the team from afar, please consider donating something to the team’s GoFundMe page.

We are working on plans to help anyone impacted by this tragedy to get to Saskatoon as quickly as possible. Since many of our flights to Saskatoon this weekend are full due to Spring Break, we have swapped a larger aircraft in to operate WestJet flight WS452 from Calgary to Saskatoon tonight at 8:00 p.m. and we will continue to evaluate our flights in the coming days to ensure we do everything we can to help make seats available to Saskatoon.

For anyone needing to get to Saskatoon, please call us at 1-888-937-8538 and indicate that you are flying due to the incident in Humboldt and one of our WestJetters will assist you.

If you know of anyone in the Broncos hockey family who needs assistance getting to Saskatoon, please share this with them so they are aware.

Update April 7, 17:30 MT

We have swapped a larger aircraft to operate the following WestJet flights on April 8:
WS459 Saskatoon to Calgary, departing at 11:00 a.m.
WS280 Calgary to Saskatoon, departing at 4:45 p.m.
WS279 Saskatoon to Calgary, departing at 7:30 p.m.
