In this episode of Business Matters, presented by Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union, host Rob Cupello is joined by Trisha Miltimore, the passionate leader of Contagious Leader Training.

Miltimore had ambitions to become a motivational speaker from an early age and always possessed a go-getter attitude.

Having grown up in an entrepreneurial family, Miltimore gained many valuable skills and qualities such as grit and resilience from watching her family’s business grow.

She discusses her educational journey in which she earned a Professional Events Management Diploma and also started an undergrad degree.

“Education elevates your life experiences in many ways,” explains Militmore, who later expressed her love for continuously learning.

Her career path began in the radio industry which enabled her to meet some incredible people and learn many key skills.

Now a mom of four, Miltimore lives a busy lifestyle and she often shares the importance of adapting in order to maintain a balanced worklife.

Contagious Leader Training focuses on elevating leadership and communication skills whilst helping people reach their goals and fulfill their passions.

Miltimore’s talent goes far beyond motivational speaking; she has also written a children's book ‘I Believe I Can’ which embodies some of the core lessons she's learned.
