The body of a man was found beheaded at a French factory Friday morning, and the President of France is calling the incident a terrorist attack.

The attack occurred at a factory near the city of Lyon.
According to French President Francois Hollande, the suspect also triggered a series of explosions at the factory.
The suspect has since been identified and arrested.
President Hollande said France will respond with action, prevention and deterrence. In his address to the French nation, Hollande also said that it is necessary to “never give into fear.”
Meanwhile, an alleged suicide bombing during a prayer ceremony in a Kuwait mosque has killed dozens of people.

The incident was confirmed by German Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in a statement released on Friday. Translated, Steinmeier’s statement suggests that the incident in the City of Sousse was a terrorist attack. The Minister is unsure if any Germans were among the tourists killed.
