Not one, but two of Tom Brady’s Super Bowl jerseys have been found.

The NFL announced on Monday that the jerseys had been located and retrieved.

They turned out to be in the possession of a credentialed member of the international media.

“Through the cooperation of the NFL and New England Patriots’ security teams, the FBI and other law enforcement authorities, the Super Bowl LI jersey worn last month by MVP Tom Brady has been recovered,” said the written statement from the NFL’s public relations department.

“Also retrieved during the ongoing investigation was the jersey Brady wore in the Patriots’ victory in Super Bowl XLIX against the Seattle Seahawks in 2015.”

According to Art Acevedo, chief of the Houston police, Brady’s jersey was traced to Mexico and was recovered with the help of the FBI and Mexican authorities.

The investigation was launched after Brady couldn’t find his jersey in the locker room following the Patriots incredible comeback win over the Atlanta Falcons on February 5th.

According to the Houston police, the jersey is worth $500k, which is nearly as high as a number of Brady’s teammate’s base salaries.

The NFL’s public relations department said no further information on the jersey retrieval will be released as the investigation is still ongoing.
