In the event of a zombie apocalypse now you can live in a small home that can become mobile at a moment’s notice allowing you to get away with all your belongings.

The home is produced by Canoe Bay Escape and comes at an introductory base price of $86,400 which includes delivery within the United States. ESCAPE was designed and built as a cottage not an RV so inside and out it looks like a beautiful getaway. There are several differences between ESCAPE and a traditional home. Instead of vinyl or metal windows it has wood windows with LOW-E glass, the doors are all solid, not hollow, and there’s no drywall or laminates.

The power usages of ESCAPE are impressive with an average of $30 a month for an electric water heater and solar power is a good option for appropriate locations off the grid. The home is classified as a Park Model RV and not subject to property taxes and only requires a tag from the motor vehicle department every year. The eco-conscious RV is about 400 square feet and can be moved just about anywhere you want.
