A penthouse owned by a Canadian billionaire is up for sale and it could be yours for the cool price of $38 million.

Daryl Katz, owner of the Edmonton Oilers, has just listed his stunning Vancouver penthouse and the home is straight out of a James Bond movie.

The penthouse sits atop Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel and comes in at a total of 6,652 square feet, making it larger than most houses, especially in the Vancouver area.

The most recent assessment by Forbes valued the Edmonton Oilers at $520 million, with Katz himself  valued at around $4 billion, which makes the $38 million penthouse one of his smaller assets.

If you're wondering, the property is still on the market.
