The popular music festival, Lollapalooza, has announced its musical line up for this year’s event and it includes some major acts.
The festival takes place in Chicago from July 31st to August 2nd and will feature headliners Paul McCartney, Metallica, Florence and the Machine, Sam Smith and The Weekend. The 2015 line up will also include Kid Cudi, A$AP, Kaskade, Of Monsters and Men, Kygo and Bassnectar. Tickets for a one day pass to the event start at $110 and all three day passes are already sold out.

The festival takes place every year in historic Grant Park and is dubbed as a three-day cultural experience. The popular event features alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock and hip hops bands as well as dance and comedy performances. The first Lollapalooza was created in 1991 and ran until 1997; it was revived in 2003 and has been very popular ever since.
