Director Andrew Huculiak is returning to his hometown of Peachland to begin shooting his next feature film this August.

Huculiak's first feature "Violent" was critically acclaimed, receiving Oscar buzz and winning the Best Canadian Feature Film award at the Vancouver Film Festival.

The highly-anticipated second dramatic feature titled "I’m Not a Bad Person" began production prep this week and goes to camera August 15th.

The production team is currently holding a casting call looking for males and females of all ages to fill over twenty roles in the film.

Huculiak's name may ring a bell, he served as Peachland’s Ambassador for 2006/2007 and plays drums in the critically acclaimed former Okanagan band, We Are the City.
