Netflix fires Danny Masterson for multiple rape allegations

The series of high-profile sexual assault allegations continues in Hollywood this week.

The latest star on the chopping block is former actor from, That '70s Show, Danny Masterson.

On Tuesday, Netflix producers announced their decision to fire Masterson from his latest show, The Ranch.

Netflix released the following statement:

"After discussing with the producers, we've decided to write Danny Masterson off of The Ranch. Yesterday was his last day of work, and we'll make new episodes in 2018 without him."

Masterson has been accused of rape by multiple women from the early 2000s. The Los Angeles Police Department and the the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office are involved in the process, but currently the accusations remain just that- allegations. 

New episodes of The Ranch are set to premiere on December 15th.
