The program for Opera Under the Stars includes favourites such as the “The Flower Duet,” “The Pearl Fisher’s Duet," "O Mio Babbino Caro", and excerpts from "The Marriage of Figaro," which will be performed fully staged and orchestrated during the "Summer Opera Series" on August 14th and 15th at the Mary Irwin Theatre. Dr. Kinza Tyrell, Vancouver Opera’s top vocal coach, will accompany our singers and Scottish conductor Bernard McDonald will bring his point of view.

The concert is free for those wishing to listen on the lawn, and just five dollars per person within the licensed area. There is limited seating in the licensed area and pre-registration is required online. Attendees can bring their own lawn chair or use theatre seating. There are also VIP tables available for six at a price of $55 per person.
