Big White Ski Resort has received 4 cm of fresh snow in the last 24 hours, bringing the alpine snow base up to 200 cm.

It’s the Family Day long weekend and you’ll be able to spend more time on the slopes starting today because the Snow Ghost, Ridge Rocket, Bullet and Black Forest chairs, and the runs off of them, will stay open until 4 p.m.

Night skiing is also available every night from now until Feb. 23, with the TELUS Park chair spinning an extra night on Sunday.

As of 6:30 a.m., the temperature was -7C with scattered clouds and calm winds. There are 15 lifts open serving a total of 118 runs.

Conditions at the mountain are always changing, so make sure to check their website throughout the day for updates.
