There was no new snow at Big White over the past 24 hours.

However, the resort still has a healthy alpine snow base of 197 centimetres and has seen a whopping 475 cm of snow so far this winter.

There could be some trace flurries tonight and the forecast calls for bits of snowfall over the weekend.

Currently, Big White is reporting light winds, overcast skies and unlimited visibility on the mountain.

The wind will pick up throughout the day, with gusts between 40-50 km/h expected.

There are once again 15 lifts spinning to service 119 open runs, which is every run on the mountain.

According to Big White, 59 of those runs are groomed.

You can head to the Big White website at any time to get the most up to date snow report.
