Big White opens new $5.5M reservations facility

It was an exciting day at Big White on Thursday with the grand opening of a new reservations facility.

The new home for Big White Central Reservations is a $5.5-million development that “significantly enhances” the commitment to guest services and improves visitor experience, the resort said.

The new building has a variety of features that will elevate the experience of those arriving or departing at the ski hill, which includes:


"This multi-year project is a testament to our dedication to providing an outstanding experience for all our visitors and team members alike,” said Michael J. Ballingall, senior vice president of Big White Ski Resort. “We are thrilled that the second-floor reservations area provides a 360-degree view of the mountains."

Big White Central Reservations is a one-stop shop for booking winter experiences on the mountain, with a team of professional, knowledgeable and friendly agents ready to help visitors have an unforgettable ski vacation.

The new building is located at 300 Happy Valley Rd.
