It looks like it’ll be a great week for Big White’s alpine snow base.

The mountain received 5 centimetres of new snow over the last 24 hours and more is on the way, starting with a dump tonight.

Up to 10 cm of new snow is expected for tonight with the same amount in the forecast for Tuesday.

Additional snowfall is in the forecast for Thursday as well.

Currently, the alpine snow base sits at 109 cm and there are 73 runs open for business, which are served by 11 lifts.

To start the day, it’s -3°C at Big White with limited visibility, obscure skies and calm winds.

Conditions are always changing at the mountain, so stay up to date with the latest snow report on the Big White website.
