10 most innovative products in B.C. grocery stores

Food production is an industry that affects the province's households on a daily basis and high quality, innovative products go a long way in bettering the health of British Columbians.

At the Grocery & Specialty Food West exhibition, held recently in Vancouver, a panel of local food experts announced the Top 10 Most Innovative Products on B.C. grocery store shelves.

The ten products were chosen by the local food experts who anonymously evaluated a series of products from a new product showcase, based on criteria including: overall innovation, benefit, packaging and originality.
