Real estate database Point2Homes has released its annual list of Canada's most expensive homes.

Multiple properties from B.C. have made the list, along with homes from Ontario and Alberta.

To compile the annual list, researchers mined the Point2 Homes’ database, as well as other national portals and brokerages’ listings.

Topping the list is the record breaking estate in Vancouver's Point Grey neighbourhood listed at a total of $63 million, which may be worth it considering the breathtaking panoramic view of Vancouver.

If that’s a little too steep for you, how about the last house on the list, another Vancouver residence, set amid old growth forest, listed at a bargain $25 million?

Here’s the full list for you to drool over:

Belmont Estate, Vancouver, BC – $63 million

Situated on 1.28 acres, this custom-designed 21,977 square-foot property is the family home of billionaire Canadian philanthropists Joseph and Rosalie Segal.

The palatial home features five bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, and three storeys all served by an elevator, as well as a three-tiered garden inspired by the French gardens of Versailles.

It even includes a private Porte-Cochère entry into two gallery halls with seating 100 guests for private concerts, and what we imagine is the sweeping staircase of our dreams.

1238, 1242, 1248 Tecumseh Ave, Vancouver, BC – $46.8 million

This gem has been on the market for a while, and we included it on a previous list back in March.

If taken together, this package deal in Vancouver’s wealthy Shaughnessy neighbourhood is the second most expensive property on Point2 Homes’ list.

Not only will you get a 10,000 sq.ft., four level heritage home, built in 1912, with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, you’ll also get….

…a three-bedroom villa, covering 3,700 sq. ft…

4351 Erwin Drive, West Vancouver, BC – $42 million

This exclusive waterfront mansion sits on a lot covering 35,000 sq. ft. The residence itself is 10,165 sq.ft, with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

5365 Seaside Place, West Vancouver, BC – $38 million

Another one that’s been on the market for a while.

This gated estate sits on its own private peninsula, and features an 8,445 sq.ft. home, with four bedrooms, as well as a private beach and more than 650 ft. of natural shoreline.

The Gables Estate, Vancouver, BC – $38 million

Also still on the market…

Gables Estate sits on 4.25 acres and includes a 10,000 sq.ft. Tudor-style mansion, with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an infinity pool, two golf greens and a private lagoon.

68 The Bridle Path, Toronto, ON – $35 million

Yet another property boasting Versailles inspirations, this landmark French-style chateau and country estate offers more than 4 acres of luxury.

As well as nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, it also features a two-storey pool and ballroom, Italian marble floors, a tennis court, and a butler’s loft.

Kestrel Ridge Farm, Calgary, AB – $30 million

This 160-acre equestrian estate on the Elbow River features an 11,800 sq.ft. luxury home, with six bedrooms, a six-vehicle garage, carriage house, and a 3,700 sq.ft. staff quarters.

4838 Belmont Avenue, Vancouver, BC – $28 million

This luxury home was built in 1915 and has a living area of 8,139 sq.ft on a lot of 35,501 sq.ft., featuring five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an indoor pool, and nanny’s quarters.

2165 123 Street, Surrey, BC – $28 million

This two-storey rancher with basement boasts 12,480 sq.ft of living space on a lot 10 times the size, featuring five bedroom, seven bathrooms, and 314 feet of waterfront.

2616 180th Street, Surrey, BC – $27 million

This property offers 5,801 sq.ft. of living space, with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms – but according to the listing, the real potential could be in future development.

2250 Indian River Crescent, North Vancouver, BC – $25 million

Another luxurious property still up for grabs!

This 5.6 acre gated estate set amid old growth forest features a 8,537 sq.ft. mansion, with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, six fireplaces, and a river running right outside.
