Over the next 12 weeks, the dynamic duo of Linda Edgecombe and Beth Hanishewski will travel throughout the Okanagan to interview local wineries, craft breweries, and distilleries (and do some sampling).

The purpose of this podcast is to take the pulse of local businesses as the economy begins to reopen and to see how they are doing.

Variety is the spice of life and boy are we glad we changed things up because Wiseacre Farm Distillery did not disappoint.

We sat down with Kristi and James Caldwell for an invigorating and fun interview.

They walk us through their distillery methods and teach us that vodka and Gin are time capsule drinks. (Whiskey aged in a barrel is a different story.).

These guys break it down for us and explain HOW it's made. It's hilarious, educational, and delicious.
