The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce's annual spring golf tournament always sells out.

That means if you'd like to play in this year's edition -- Wednesday, May 24 at the Harvest Golf Club -- you'd better sign up soon.

"So many businesses love our tournament that it generally sells out in a couple of weeks," said Kelowna Chamber chair Dan Price.

"I'm sure this year will be no different. And our whole chamber team gets involved in the planning and set-up , making sure every hole provides a great experience for our golfers. Plus, the Harvest always puts on an outstanding event for everyone."

Last year, the tournament fell on a sunny day, 144 golfers teed up, raised $7,000 for charities and enjoyed a banquet to wrap up.

This year you can make a day of it by showing up at 10:30 am to practice a few drives and chips, have lunch, golf 18 holes from the 12:15 pm shotgun start and then dinner at 7 pm.

Tickets are $250 for lunch-golf-and-banquet, $180 for Harvest members or $65 for dinner only.
