Kelowna metal company sold

Alberta-based Hyduke Energy Services Inc. has officially agreed to acquire all the shares of Kelowna’s Avalanche Metal Industries Ltd., a private company that manufactures steel equipment for the oilfield and forestry industry.

Hyduke's takeover of the company is part of their expansion into new markets.

The Acquisition is expected to close on April 4th, 2017

Hyduke will then expand to design, fabricate and manufacture equipment required for the drilling, completion, production and maintenance of upstream oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids.
