1. Gun store owner details how Christchurch terrorists purchased firearms

In a press conference, Gun City owner David Tipple said that the man responsible for killing 50 people at a New Zealand mosque legally purchased multiple weapons from his store through a mail-order process. Tipple maintained that the semi-automatic assault rifle used in the massacre was not purchased at his store.

2. Shawn Mendes, Arkells win big at Juno Awards

Shawn Mendes was the big winner at Sunday night's 2019 Juno Awards. The In My Blood singer took home five awards including album, artist and single of the year. 

3. 18-year-old Canadian wins Indian Wells tennis tournment

Canadian teenager Bianca Andreescu won the tennis tournament in Indian Wells, California on Sunday. The 18-year-old from Mississauga, Ontario, beat the former world number one Angelique Kerber in 3 sets. Andreescu becomes the youngest winner since 17-year-old Serena Williams claimed the title in 1999.

4. Australia's 'egg boy' will donate money raised to Christchurch victims

A GoFundMe page was set up to raise funds for the legal fees of Will Connolly, known as "Egg Boy", after the 17-year-old cracked an egg on Senator Fraser Anning's head at a press conference. Anning came under blistering criticism over tweets on Friday, including one that said, “Does anyone still dispute the link between Muslim immigration and violence?” Egg Boy will now donate most of the money raised to the victims of the Christchurch mosque attacks, reports The New Zealand Herald.

5. Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio appear on new Once Upon a Time poster

Quintin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood will focus on the Manson Family murders of the late 60s. The film features an A-list roster of Tarantino regulars and first-timers, with the first official poster unveiling the characters of Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio.
