1. Body found in Wyoming believed to be Gabby Petito
The search for a missing 22-year-old girl appears to have come to a tragic end. A body discovered in Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming on Sunday is consistent with the description of Gabby Petito, the FBI said. She was on a cross-country trip with her fiancé, Brian Laundrie, when she disappeared and he returned home without her. Laundrie himself, who is a person of interest in the case, is now missing as well.

2. Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine safe for kids aged 5-11, early results show
On Monday, Pfizer announced that a study, which has yet to be peer-reviewed, found that the company’s two-dose vaccine is “safe, well tolerated and showed robust neutralizing antibody responses” in kids aged five to 11. Those findings will be shared with the US Food and Drug Administration and the European Medicines Agency “as soon as possible.”

3. Jason Sudeikis and ‘Ted Lasso’ clean up at 2021 Emmys
Ted Lasso had quite the night at the Emmys. It wasn’t quite a Schitt’s Creek-size sweep, but the Apple TV show that has seemingly won the hearts of millions around the world brought home plenty of trophies. The show won best comedy, while Sudeikis, Brett Goldstein (Roy) and Hannah Waddingham (Rebecca) also won individual awards.

4. Tropical Storm Peter becomes 16th storm of 2021 Atlantic hurricane season
The 16th named storm of the 2021 Atlantic hurricane season formed on Sunday morning. Tropical Storm Peter is hundreds of miles east of the northern Leeward Islands and is expected to bring rain to that area through Tuesday.

5. US to relax restrictions for fully-vaccinated passengers from EU and UK
President Joe Biden is set to announce that fully-vaccinated visitors from the UK and the EU will be able to enter the US starting in November. It reverses a travel plan that was put into place by former president Donald Trump at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
