Calgary Police Service thought they would give the concept a go this year with a series of specialized cards for criminals wanted on outstanding warrants.
The police service threw in a solid pun for added points, admitting they thought Valentine’s Day “warranted” some special attention for a few people they have been looking to spend some time with!
