Anyone can tell you that the current dating climate is a difficult one and if you meet someone you should rise to the occasion and ask them out.
Carlos Zetina did just that by emailing over 240 women with the same name in an attempt to connect with the one that got away.
Buckle in, because this is an unconventional dating story for the ages.
Zetina met a woman named Nicole who allegedly gave him the wrong number after he took her and her friend home on Thursday night. Due to the brief encounter, he knew little information about the woman other than that her name was Nicole and she attended the University of Calgary.
In an attempt to locate her, Zetina emailed over 240 women named Nicole who attended U of C using the campus directory. It even went to several professors.

Zetina didn’t want Nicole to think he ghosted her and was a “bad guy who didn’t text back” so being the romantic he is, he sent the mass message.
“If you don’t fit this description then ignore and if you are the one and just don’t want to talk to me that’s ok as well,” Zetina wrote in the email.
This totally 2018 love story inspired the Nicole's to rally together and form a Facebook group called “Nicole From Last Night," with the hopes of finding this one-of-a-kind woman.
“Who sends an email to that many people? If it was me, I’d be a little horrified about how this all played out,” said Nicole DuGraye, one of the 246 people copied on the message. “But I thought this was a great way to connect and meet new people and to try to find the real Nicole.”

Due to the power of the internet, the OG Nicole was found!
According to a post, she had full intentions to give her number out, however, wrote it down wrong.
At last, Zetina was put in connection with the one and only.
“We’re planning to hang out maybe next week,” said Zetina. “I really didn’t expect this to become a big thing.”
