An Abbotsford mansion that once belonged to Nickelback leadman Chad Kroeger has hit the market.

The 20,135 square foot house boasts an indoor hockey rink, indoor pool, outdoor waterfall pool, a barn, separate guest house and a total of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

It’s up for sale for a cool $8.848 million, which is actually less than the $8.98 million is was listed for when it sold last in 2014.

The mansion was featured on an episode of MTV Cribs when Kroeger was the owner in 2005.

The home was originally built in 1990, but has since undergone a major renovation using "only the finest materials and features that money can buy."
