A newly-formed talent agency is putting out a call for actors in the Okanagan and surrounding areas.

Based out of Kelowna, BookIT Talent Agency is looking for actors of all ages, experience levels and ethnicities for a variety of new projects.

That includes feature films, made-for-TV movies and commercials.

An audition call for kids, teens, adults and seniors takes place at The Film Factory in downtown Kelowna on Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12.

This particular audition calls for kids, teens, adults and seniors, so pretty much anyone wanting to dip their feet into the acting world is invited to come out.

Anyone wanting to audition this weekend can reserve a spot by texting 403-294-0094.

The agency says it “guides and develops new talent, helping actors fast-track their careers and navigate the intricacies of the movie business.”

There’s a full slate of filming ready to go in the Okanagan this summer after British Columbia’s film industry was given the go-ahead to restart production in June.
