On this episode of Business Matters, presented by Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union, our host Rob Cupello is joined by Chris Waller from Lakeside Medicine Centre Pharmacy, a family-owned and operated pharmacy since 1973.

They discuss Lakeside Medicine Centre Pharmacy's journey from the beginning to now, where they’ve developed into a medical centre with nurses specializing in foot care and ostomy patients, now a huge part of the services they offer.

The business operates with a unique business model geared towards patient care and taking the extra step, a core value of theirs.

“We take the time to care, we spend time with our patients, we try to understand their problems and look after them,” Waller explained.

To learn more about the operating process behind Lakeside Medicine Centre Pharmacy and their evolution into the business they are today, watch the video below and see how they’re different from traditional pharmacies.
