Another 65 cases of COVID-19 for the BC Interior

Another 65 cases of COVID-19 were identified in the BC Interior over the past 24 hours.

It brings the region to 11,490 total cases since the start of the pandemic, with 481 currently active.

There are 26 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in the BC Interior and 10 of them are in critical care.

Interior Health’s pandemic death toll remains at 140 with no new fatalities reported over the past 24 hours.
 

Another 8,771 BC Interior residents were vaccinated since Monday as the province’s vaccination program picks up steam thanks to increased supply.
