Interior Health reports just 16 new cases of COVID-19 and no additional deaths

There were only 16 new cases of COVID-19 identified in the BC Interior over the past 24 hours.

It brings the region to 7,443 total cases since the pandemic began, with 423 currently active.

There are 19 people hospitalized with COVID-19 in the BC Interior right now and seven of them are in intensive care. 

Fortunately, there were no new deaths to report today and Interior Health’s COVID-19 death toll remains at 104.
