Though he was supposed to help Kelowna residents celebrate the legalization of cannabis on Oct.17th, Tommy Chong has, unfortunately, had to reschedule his visit to the city.

Chong may have smoked a little too much Wacky Tabacky while packing for his visit as his passport has seemingly gone “Up in Smoke.” When Chong realized he couldn’t find his passport, he extended a sincere apology to the city.

Chong was originally to attend Diablo Nutrients’ Legalization Celebration tomorrow but due to the accident has had to reschedule. He will instead come to Kelowna on Friday for fans looking to meet the legend.

With Chong having to reschedule, Diablo Nutrients has opted to push back their celebration to Friday in order to coincide with Chong's appearance. The celebration will run from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and will feature food, music, giveaways and of course, Tommy Chong.
