RCMP Looking for Suspected Okanagan Alcohol Thieves

Local police believe they know who is responsible for a number of alcohol thefts in the Okanagan area.

On August 5th, Kelowna RCMP were notified by security personnel from a liquor store on Dilworth Drive, after a male and a female were caught stealing five large bottles of Polar Ice vodka.

Surveillance managed to capture the two people leaving the liquor store. The woman captured has blonde hair and the man was wearing a red and black cap with a large baggy sweater.

RCMP believe these two may be responsible for a string of liquor store thefts in the Okanagan.

Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call the Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers’ anonymous tips line at 1-800-222-TIPS.
