A new pilot project from RE/MAX will allow property owners in Kelowna and West Kelowna to discover the estimated value of their homes.
It’s a quick process that allows people to find the value of any home in the area in just a matter of seconds.
To find out these values, simply type in an address in Kelowna or West Kelowna on the RE/MAX website and select that desired address from the drop-down menu.
The home value estimate and other related information will appear at the top of the searched property page.
“RE/MAX understands today’s consumers want as much access to information as possible,” explained Elton Ash, executive vice president of RE/MAX of Western Canada.
“The RE/MAX home value estimate tool gives accurate, up-to-date estimated values of properties within seconds.”
The project was launched in partnership with Landcor Data Corporation, whose president and founder says they are “very pleased” to work with RE/MAX.
