Wayne Carson's ambitions in the upcoming civic election are very unusual. He's not just campaigning for a spot on Kelowna City Council, but he's seperately seeking re-election as the Central Okanagan West Director on the Regional District Board. Carson lives in the Killiney Beach area on the west side of Okanagan Lake. But he works in Kelowna and he has some big ideas for the future of transportation.
