Kelowna better be ready to rock at the end of November.

Headstones announced today that they’ve added some dates to their Picture of Health Tour, which includes a Monday, Nov. 26 stop at the Kelowna Community Theatre.

The band is touring with Matchstick Skeletons in support of the re-release of their 1993 album Picture of Health.

They’ll be playing the critically acclaimed album from front to back, as well as some of their other hits like “Devil’s on Fire” and “Longwaytoneverland.”

Picture of Health was Headstones breakthrough debut album, released on June 1, 1993, which went certified platinum in Canada.

They’ll re-issue it on Oct. 26 with remastered versions of the 13 original tracks, along with four bonus tracks.

Those bonus tracks are demos of “Sweet Pea,” “When Something Stands for Nothing,” “Cemetery” and a newly re-recorded version of “Skin Me Alive.”

Tickets to the show go on sale on Friday, Sept. 14 and will be available for $42.50 plus fees and service charges through Select Your Tickets.
