Prospera Place will be invaded by Monster Trucks this weekend.

The massive, car-crushing vehicles are back in Kelowna for a pair of shows on Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday’s show will get going at 6 pm, while Sunday will be a matinee show at 1 pm.

You can also get tickets a pre-event Pit Party, which begins an hour before the show and gives fans a chance to meet the drivers and see the trucks up close.

Not only will you be able to see Monster Trucks like Rock Star, Identity Theft, California Kid, Spitfire and Skeletor, there will also be freestyle motocross on display as well.

It's a great event for the kids, but it's suggested that the infants and toddlers be left at home.

As this event is indoors, loud noise and exhaust fumes should be expected and are regulated by staff on site," says a press release regarding the event, adding that it's "not recommended for children under two years of age."

Tickets for the show are either $15.50 or $29.50 before taxes and fees, and are available through Select Your Tickets.
