Lovers of beer and punk rock will only want to be in one place on the second weekend of July.

A new craft beer and music festival, Punk in Drublic, has been announced and it’ll take place at PNE Amphitheatre in Vancouver on Saturday, July 13.

The festival is a creation of NOFX front man Fat Mike and will take place in Edmonton the weekend before its stop in Vancouver.

Each weekend will feature local craft beer and punk rock courtesy of NOFX, Bad Religion, The Real McKenzies, Anti-Flag, ChixDiggit, The Last Gang and more.

Attendees will be able to taste beer from dozens of craft breweries from noon until 4 p.m. and then the focus will turn solely to the bands, although the music will start at 2 p.m.

For the Vancouver event, breweries like Driftwood, Fuggles & Warlock, Lighthouse, Parallel 49, Phillips, Postmark, Steamworks, Yellow Dog and plenty more will all be on hand.

More than 40 breweries are expected to be pouring on what will hopefully be a sunny July day.

General admission passes start at $69.50 plus fees and there will be VIP passes available as well.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, May 10 at 10 a.m. and will be available through this link.
