Rock fans were treated to a new song by The Black Keys last week, their first in five years.

It gave hope that a new album would be on the way and that now looks like a guarantee with the band’s tour announcement today.

The duo will be taking their talents on the road this fall, starting on Monday, Sept. 23 in Denver.

Dubbed the ‘Let’s Rock Tour’, it’ll come to an end with a show at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Sunday, Nov. 24.

Fans won’t just be treated to a show from The Black Keys either, as Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney have secured an A-list opening act for their tour.

Modest Mouse will be joining them on the road, which means the popular indie rock band could have new music on the way as well.

Tickets go on sale through Live Nation on Friday, March 22 with presale beginning on Tuesday, March 19.
