Tool will be hitting the road later this year and they’re coming to our neck of the woods.

The band’s North American tour begins on the first day of fall and will wind through both Canada and the United States over the course of two months.

It includes two British Columbia dates in Kelowna and Vancouver, with the Okanagan stop coming on Sunday, Oct. 22, at Prospera Place.

That show in Kelowna will be the Los Angeles-based band’s first Canadian date since 2019.

Although Tool has been around for more than three decades, they have only released five studio albums in that time.

Their last three, including 2019’s Fear Inoculum, have all hit number one in Canada and the US.

The band has won four Grammy awards on nine nominations and also secured plenty of other honours along the way.

Tickets to see Tool in Kelowna this October will go on sale at 10 am on Friday, with presale tickets available via the band’s fan club 24 hours earlier.
