Pumpkin spice season is upon us and while we love a good Starbucks PSL on the go, nothing tastes better than supporting local businesses. 

If you have downtime this weekend, take some time to stop and enjoy the flavours of fall with these feature drinks from five Kelowna-born coffee shops!

Marmalade Cat Cafe - 2903 Pandosy St.

Located on the Mission end of Pandosy street, this unique and funky coffee spot is not only an aesthetic your Instagram followers will love, but a place to find an abundance of fall-infused drinks.

Coffee lovers can enjoy Marmalade’s take on a classic Pumpkin Spice Latte, while those who prefer tea can indulge in either a Pumpkin Spice or Chocolate Chai Latte — ensuring that your next coffee date to have something for everyone.

Canoe Coffee Roasters - 984 Laurel Ave.

Located in the industrial area of downtown Canoe is a great spot to either hang with friends or enjoy some “you-time” all the while warming your bones with a fresh cuppa’.

Keeping things original, Canoe is going outside the box with their fall feature, a Cedar Spice Latte. 

Rich coffee, fragrant cloves, cinnamon and cedar, all come together to create this unique and delicious coffee concoction that is ideal for this time of year. 

Bean Scene - 100-1615 Dickson Ave.

Signature favourites in the valley, you can always count on Bean Scene to provide a beautifully crafted coffee creation! 

While you can get your PSL fix here, it is their feature cookie that is the real star this autumn. 

With soft chocolate chips, a blend of pumpkin, cinnamon and espresso the Pumpkin Spice cookie is a must-try for any fall fanatic. 

Naked Cafe - 571 Lawrence Ave.

For those of you who are after a dairy-free option, Naked has you covered (as usual.)

 Located in the heart of downtown Kelowna, this plant-based cafe is always ready to provide a cruelty-free take on the trendiest drinks and dishes. 

Their rendition of this seasonal staple can be made with your choice of soy, almond, coconut or oat milk and comes topped with their signature coconut whip and some extra cinnamon. 

Half Blind Bean Coffee - 106-3320 Richter Street.

One of the newest additions to Kelowna’s coffee scene, this little cafe is taking the city by storm with their delicious drinks and pastries. 

While they may be small, their fall selection is anything but, with four autumnal specials to choose from.

Those with a sweet tooth are going to love the Toasted Marshmellow Latte and Almond Roca Latte, while those with an eagerness to try something new will love the Spicy Chocolate Chai Latte.

Fear not pumpkin lovers, they also have a scrumptious Pumpkin Pie Latte for you!
