If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you’re going to wish you could witness this gingerbread masterpiece in person.

A Canadian bakery has created a massive Hogwarts Castle out of gingerbread.

The Duchess Bake Shop in Edmonton, Alta, posted photos of their Hogwarts fantasy on Instagram, as well as a pretty impressive timelapse of the process.

From watching the video, you can see that the finished product takes up three whole tables.

The castle is 100% edible, with gingerbread, sugar, and different candies. They even came up with a Harry Potter inspired beverage to go stick with the theme for the holidays. Their baristas are serving up their own version of Butter Beer, which consists of silky steamed milk with “notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and lemon,” with a choice of adding a shot of espresso.
