It doesn’t matter if you’re on a diet, today is a great day to grab a Teen Burger.

That’s because it's the 11th annual Burgers to Beat MS day at A&W, where $2 from every Teen Burger sold across Canada goes to the MS Society of Canada.

A&W holds this event every summer in an effort to raise awareness and funds to help those living with multiple sclerosis.

MS is a disease that affects the central nervous system and comprimises the brain, spinal cord and optic nerve.

It's one of the most common neurological diseases affecting young adults in Canada, a country with one of the highest rates of MS in the world.

If you want to pitch in more than $2, you're welcome to make an extra contribution online at BurgersToBeatMS.ca.

So get down to A&W today and treat yourself to a Teen Burger!

You can always sub out your burger bun for lettuce as well and feel a little bit better about that cheat day.
