Over 500 foodies flocked to Okanagan College on Saturday night, eager to dive into all that the Okanagan culinary scene has to offer at the sixth annual Amuse event.

Deemed a “Culinary showcase for social foodies,” by event director Holly Dober, Amuse is all about enjoying the culinary delights of local chefs, indulging in the wines and spirits from Okanagan mixologists, and socializing with like-minded individuals.

Boasting nearly 50 vendors booths, Amuse encouraged attendees to make their rounds and experience the many flavours of the Okanagan: from vegan twists on popular dishes to freshly shucked oysters and more.

On the beverage side of things, not only were local wineries placed in the spotlight but attendees could also expect delicious cocktails from various distilleries and craft creations from Okanagan brewers.

The popularity of the event has skyrocketed since its debut, with the 2019 edition selling out in just five days.
