Playing off the whole Adam and Eve off-limits apple slip up in the Garden of Eden, Forbidden Spirits Distilling is introducing live-music events called Forbidden Fridays, Sinful Saturdays and Soulful Sundays.

The debauchery starts tonight at 6 pm with the Smitten Dance duo playing in the distillery's Garden of Eden at 4400 Wallace Hill Rd. in Southeast Kelowna.

It continues tomorrow, Sinful Saturday, 6 to 8 pm, with the duo Double Sharp.

And for Soulful Sunday, 4-6 pm, jazz songstress Anna Jacyszyn takes to the grassy stage.

Tickets are $10 each at ForbiddenSpirits.ca.

The audience can either sit in the Spirit Lounge or in the picnic area of the Garden of Eden.

Food and beverage is available at an extra cost from the tasting room.

All the spirits also have names and labels in keeping with original sin -- Rebel Vodka, Forbidden Vodka, Eve's Original Gin and Adam's Apple Brandy.

Continuing with the Adam and Eve apple theme and considering the fruit is an Okanagan signature crop, all the spirits are made in small batches from apples from Forbidden Spirits' orchard and some supplied juice.

Forbidden Fridays, Sinful Saturdays and Soulful Sundays continue to Sept. 17 with a mix of different musical artists.
