Make this super easy sabayon to drizzle over salads, roasted vegetables, or even it on its own as a super decadent and faux fancy appetizer - serve in chilled coupes, topped with fried onions to really wow your friends!

What you'll need:

Fry your onions until very caramelized and brown - around 20-25 minutes - on medium-high heat. Once they have caramelized, add your garlic, and remove everything from the heat once the garlic becomes fragrant (you don't want it to burn).

Add all ingredients to a blender, and leave it on high until it achieves a very smooth, silky consistency.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Enjoy!
