Pride Month is over, but there were no shortage of celebrations, events and parades during June.

That includes a party at the Vancouver Aquarium on the final day of the month.

But it wasn’t humans partying, it was the sea otters who call the aquarium home.

A video of the festivities was posted on the Vancouver Aquarium’s Twitter account on Thursday night.

It shows the furry mammals basking in the sunshine as they play with and chew on dozens of coloured blocks of ice.

Behind them is a sign that says “Happy Pride” in icing, which the sea otters eventually start to enjoy as well.

If this isn’t the kind of feel-good content that gets you into the summer mood, we don’t know what will!
