Man Killed in Rollover Near Kamloops Identified

BC Coroners Service has identified the man killed in an accident near Kamloops on Saturday as a 33-year-old from Lillooet.

Jerrylee Lyle Terry was driving the pickup truck on Highway 1 in the Cherry Creek area when the truck left the roadway, hit a rock face, and rolled. The accident happened at about 2:30 a.m. on May 23rd, and Terry was pronounced dead at the scene. Terry was the only occupant of the truck. Highway 1 was closed to traffic during the investigation.

BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services are still investigating Terry’s death.
